  • Please note that all prices are subject to annual increase as from the 1st of January of the following year.
  • A 10% discount will apply on venue hire for June and July.
  • We are happy to hold your booking for your function for 7 days from the date of booking, there after a 50% deposit is required to hold your booking. The proof of payment and signed terms of conditions declaration should be emailed to info@lesouvenir.co.za if the 50% is not paid by the required date, Le Souvenir reserves
  • the right to cancel the booking without any notice to the client.
  • The booking/contract between the client and Le Souvenir will come into operation upon receipt of payment of the NON-Refundable booking fee of 50% of the venue hire.
  • All refunds will be paid from a 30 day account. Therefore please allow 30 days for your refund.
  • Note that you will only be refunded 50% of the venue hire and only, if your specific date is replaced by another function.
  • The Venue closes at 24:00. Overtime will be charged at an additional cost of R1000 per hour or part there of.
  • The entire menu is subject to change according to season availability
Le souvenir offers the following...

Included in the venue hire:
Use of the venue and the facilities for the entire day.

Chapel:
* Seating for 250 people
* Register table with two formal chairs
* Table and chairs for your musicians
* Red carpet
* 2 x hanging Candelabra
          
Coctail Area:
* 2 Tables for the platters
* 3 Tables for the cocktail
* Foyer and Buffet area


Reception hall :
  • Table for DJ with table cloth and chair
  • 10 seater round tables/8 seater rectangle tables
  • Table for gifts
  • Standard crockery, cutlery and glassware, which includes a juice-, wine-, and champagne glass
  • A basic white/black table cloth for each table.
  • Fairy lights in the reception hall
  • The full preparation and setup of the venue according to your guest list and floor plan.
  • Male and female Restroom facilities: standard hand towels and liquid soap included.
  • A beautiful landscape setting for capturing the special moment, as well as the enchanted woodlands and fields for a variety of photos.
  • Staff preparing the function and cleaning up afterwards.
  • 3 Appointments for the co-ordination of the function.
  • Free ample secure parking.
Additional costs to consider...

The following is not included:
  • A fee of R300 is payable per waiter till 24h00 (we recommend 1 waiter per 2 tables)
  • Menu of your choice
  • Music and entertainment (We only make use of Music and Lyrics for a DJ)
  • Bar account and bar attendants - R500 per barman and a minimum of two is required
  • Wine and beverages on the tables
  • Corkage fee of R50 on own bottles of alcohol (wine and champagne)
  • Welcome drinks (to be discussed)
  • Fireplaces @ R500 each
  • Honeymoon suite @1400 for the bridal suite (breakfast not included)
  • Photographer
  • Wedding invitations
  • Pastor/Minister
  • Candles & candle holders
  • Breakage and theft
  • Damage to linen
  • Bridal transport

We only make use of our own catering teams.

While your photos are being taken, a Harvest table is available on request at an additional cost.
